Using the tools
The tools are sold and run through Apify. Apify’s terms of service and Store terms apply to your account, payments and runs. Prices are per event as shown on each Apify listing.
The data
Records come from official public sources and keep their original licence, named in each record’s licence field. You’re responsible for following those licences (for example attribution) when you reuse the data. We aren’t affiliated with the publishers.
No warranty
We work to keep the data accurate and the tools reliable, but sources change and can be incomplete or wrong. The tools and data are provided “as is”, without warranty. Check anything important against the official source. [Liability cap and governing law: TBD.]
